When you buy a Navmaster ECDIS system we aim to provide you with first class support.

Installation

We can arrange installation at most ports using a network of qualified installers. For ECDIS installation this normally requires a marine electronics engineer for 2-3 days, depending on whether single or dual ECDIS.

Technical support

We offer an annual Navmaster ECDIS Upgrade & Support contract. This gives ships crew unlimited technical support by phone or email and resolves any problems they may encounter. It includes:

Remote Diagnostics feature for fast, efficient problem solving - engineer visits are rarely necessary
Automatic issue of ECDIS upgrades when released
Knowledgeable PC Maritime staff available to give direct personal support

ECDIS training - type-specific & generic

We can arrange and deliver ECDIS Type Training for ship's staff at a location of your choice. We can also arrange generic ECDIS training, either at a College or with a mobile training classroom of up to 12 laptops which comes to you. Navmaster customers can achieve both generic and type-specific training approved by DNV in one 5-day course.
