PC Maritime's Managing Director David Edmonds has given many papers about navigation since he founded the company in 1987. A number of his papers are available to you here in Adobe Acrobat format, together with several other informative papers. David Edmonds was made a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Navigation in 1991 for his "significant role in the improvement of navigational safety standards and training." He is also an External Examiner for the World Maritime University. |
