The ARCS Navigator service is a complete chart supply and updating service.

After receiving your ARCS charts you will receive a weekly Update CD, containing all Notices to Mariners information and new editions needed to maintain the full ARCS portfolio up-to-date.

Navigator licences are offered on an annual basis. The price includes a weekly update and New Editions service for the period of the licence, ex VAT and shipping cost. A minimum fee of £500 applies. Quantity pricing is as follows:

Extra charts can be purchased during the licence period at a further discount depending on when the extra charts are added. Additions within the first four months of the licence are priced at £15.50 per chart, additions between 4-8 calendar months are £10.33 per chart and additions in the last 4 months are £5.17 per chart.

A single ARCS Navigator licence includes the right to display the charts on up to 5 VDU's (such as passenger information systems).

ARCS Navigator Folios

ARCS Navigator Folios provide an annual licence on all ARCS charts on any one or more Area CDs, with weekly update and New Edition service. The prices are:

Access to extra Area Disks can be provided during the licence period at a further discount. Additions within the first 4 months of the licence are priced at £1100 per Disk. Additions between 4-8 calendar months are £733.26 per Disk, and those within 4 months of expiry are £366.63 per Disk. The licence for extra Area Disks will expire on the same date as the original licence.
